Why I wrote Broken in the Back Bay

Many people ask me about the process behind the book.  How did I do it?  How did I come up with the story line.   I wanted to write an entertaining story that hit on some real life issues.

As a society we tend to pass judgements quickly based on what people look like, how they carry themselves, where they live, what they do.  Often these judgements are wrong.  We are bombarded with media and constant marketing telling us how great our lives would be based on "if and if only".  If we wear this, if we drive this, if only you lived here, if you look like this.  IF you have all of this your life must be AMAZING...IF ONLY you could get all of this then your life will be AMAZING.

Broken in the Back Bay tells a story of single women in a great city who have all of those things or are striving for those things  and the not so wonderful realities that go with it. The crime that is woven into the story just makes it more fun to read!

You spend your time making everything right ~ I write for YOUR time!

Are they broken lives or is it the perfect crime?

Share the experiences of these single city women as they navigate the complexities of their lives. Strangers at first, they are brought together through similar life experiences. All the while, a crime brewing in the shadows binds them together in ways they could have never imagined.
